A place to renew, gather, and grow.

A life led by faith changes everything.

Renew your mind. Care for your body. Live well.

Women Led By Faith is a Christ-centered community dedicated to exploring faith, understanding ourselves, living well, and cultivating meaningful relationships. Through thoughtful conversations, evidence-informed practices, and meaningful connection, we help women better understand themselves, cultivate healthier rhythms, and grow together.

Our belief

We believe transformation begins with surrender, not striving.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to grow.

To understand ourselves better. Build healthier habits. Pursue meaningful goals. Become more thoughtful in the way we live and relate to others.

But growth takes on a different meaning when our identity is grounded in Christ.

We can pursue change without making perfection the goal. We can take responsibility for living well without believing everything depends on us.

We can be intentional about the lives we’re building while learning to trust God with what we cannot control.

01Renew

A different way of thinking changes how we live.

Our beliefs shape our perspective. Our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors. And the patterns we repeat can become the ways we experience the world.

Renew is about understanding the inner life—exploring how we think, what shapes us, and how biblical truth and thoughtful self-examination can inform meaningful change.

02Gather

Life is richer when we grow together.

The people around us influence how we think, what we value, and the lives we build.

Gather is about meaningful relationships, honest conversations, shared experiences, and the kind of community that encourages us to grow in faith and in life.

03Grow

The little things shape the life we live.

How we sleep, move, eat, rest, spend our time, and care for our relationships matters.

Grow explores the everyday practices that help us live well and help us live more intentionally—bringing together practical knowledge, healthy habits, and a faith-centered perspective.

Introducing The NeWell Method

A more intentional way to care for your mind and body.

What if caring for yourself wasn’t another thing to perfect, but something you could approach with greater awareness and intention?

NeWell is our signature mind-body practice framework, bringing together evidence-informed techniques, guided reflection, Scripture, and prayer.

Through breathing, movement, rest, and intentional reflection, NeWell helps women pause, reconnect with the present moment, and put what they’re learning into practice.

From our founder

A Note from Bee

I’ve always been fascinated by the relationship between the mind and body—why we think the way we do, how our experiences shape us, and what helps us make meaningful changes in our lives.

For years, that curiosity shaped my work in psychology, movement, breathwork, and personal development.

Coming to faith in Jesus changed the way I understood growth, identity, and purpose. But it didn’t erase my interest in how the mind and body work. It gave me a new foundation from which to explore those questions.

Women Led By Faith grew from that intersection.

My hope is to create a community where women can deepen their faith, learn about themselves, live well, and build meaningful relationships along the way.
